Legacy Circle-Columbus Hospice

Columbus Hospice is excited to present our Legacy Circle. We invite you to become a part of our foundation - literally! Purchase a brick, engraved with your inscription of memory, honor, or celebration, and become a part of the Legacy of Columbus Hospice.  

All proceeds of this sale will benefit Charitable Care. Our charitable mission is to care for eligible hospice patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Many insurance companies have limited or no hospice coverage, and when coverage is available, the deductible must be met before coverage begins. Many terminally ill patients lose coverage when they are no longer able to work. Columbus Hospice is different than the others because our patients will never receive a bill from hospice. Our charitable care will cover the cost of what insurance doesn’t, or when the patient does not have insurance. Help us continue serving our community by supporting this cause.
