Terms and Conditions: Dining for Charities New Year Celebration Dining Giveaway Eligibility: The giveaway is open to aged 18 and above. Employees and immediate family members of Dining for Charities, WLTZ Local NBC 38, and Chattahoochee Valley Living and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Entry: To enter, participants must register on the Dining for Charities website. Bonus entries can be earned by following Dining for Charities on social media, liking the giveaway post, and tagging friends as specified in the contest description. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The decision is final and not subject to appeal. Prize: The prize consists of $50 in dining certificates from Dining for Charities. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Contest Period: The contest begins on December 15, 2023 and ends on January 12, 2024. The winner will be announced on January 15, 2024. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen. Publicity: By participating, entrants grant Dining for Charities permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. General Conditions: Dining for Charities reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms. Dining for Charities is not responsible for technical issues or lost entries. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
