Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of WLTZ Local NBC 38, CW GaBama, and Chattahoochee Valley Living.

Entry: To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at ChattahoocheeValleyLiving.com or at CWGaBama.com. Limit one entry per person.

Prize Details: The prize consists of 2 tickets to the Auburn vs. Alabama Iron Bowl, valued at $550. Tickets are located in Section NN-11, Row 25.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly and notified by email on or around Wednesday, November 20th, 2024. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

Prize Pickup: The winner must pick up the tickets in person at the WLTZ Local NBC 38 offices located at 6140 Buena Vista Road, Columbus, GA, within 7 days of notification. If tickets are not claimed within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

No Substitution: No cash equivalent or substitutions for the prize will be allowed.

Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to hold WLTZ Local NBC 38, CW GaBama, Chattahoochee Valley Living, and any affiliated sponsors harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising out of the acceptance or use of the prize.
